What We Do
The Big Feelings Club is an interactive, year-round space where kids learn about mental health, emotions, and coping skills—all through fun, movement, and creativity. Designed for ages 4–10, each session blends playful activities, mindful movement, art, and age-appropriate mental health education to help kids better understand their feelings, express themselves, and build emotional strength.
