Parental Support Groups
We believe that when parents feel supported and equipped, children thrive — which is why Big Feelings Club includes space for caregivers, too.
Growing Together
During our summer session, we offer a bi-weekly parent support component designed to help caregivers feel more confident and connected in navigating big emotions at home. These sessions provide practical tools, psychoeducation, and space to process challenges in a supportive community of other parents walking similar paths. Together, we explore emotion coaching strategies, nervous system regulation, and ways to reinforce what children are learning in group — so growth continues beyond the club and into everyday family life.
Parents in Partnership
Big Feelings Club recognizes that caregivers are doing deeply important work — and that no one should have to do it alone. Our parent space is designed to foster connection, where families can share experiences, normalize challenges, and learn from one another in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment..
Clinician-Guided Support
Alongside this peer connection, our therapists provide practical tools, psychoeducation, and guided strategies to help parents respond to big emotions with confidence and clarity. Together, we blend community support with clinical insight so parents leave not only feeling understood, but equipped.
